Under the New York City Local Law 152 of 2016, our company is dedicated to providing the required gas testing of piping for buildings that are not R-3 occupancy or 2 family or less. As per the law, these inspections must be conducted once every 5 years by our NYC DOB Licensed Master Plumbers, covering all exposed piping from the point of entry up to the individual tenant spaces, as well as conducting a gas leak survey of common areas, mechanical rooms, and laundry rooms. We ensure a smooth filling process, providing the building owner with a Gas Piping System Periodic Inspection Report within 30 days of the inspection, and assisting in the submission of the Gas Piping System Periodic Inspection Certification to the DOB within 60 days.
