I have been a trainer for the past several years but I started group classes as of last April 2012..My classes are small so it's like having your own personal training session without the expense..

Weight Training Classes For Women Of All Ages.. Especially if you are going thru Menopause...it's a cross-training class aimed for beginners who never weight trained or for someone who wants to get back into weights without the hassle of going to the gym. They are designed for women who never stepped foot into a gym or who may feel embarrassed working out around others. My classes are small and everyone is at the same level. I teach according to my clients' needs and abilities. My class is aimed towards using weights and resistance bands to increase physical strength, light cardio for your cardiovascular health, and flexibility for better posture and blood circulation within the body.
