I've long known that State Farm is tops in reputation, settling claims fairly and with minimum hassle. My brother has been their loyal customer for over two decades and always been treated well....

I'm being quite judicious giving only 1 star and not a negative 10. I don't know where they find their employees, but it goes to show Andy is not on top of his game or anywhere near his office....
