This was a main stop with a bulk of customers boarding. Not many customers left the train except for a few. We were here in Albany just a slight bit longer. Clean and crowded. The rest rooms...

It's an Amtrak station. But... I've also been to other really nice Amtrak stations (DC, Boston, revamped Moynihan/Penn Station) so this one is kind of blah. Feels like Albany... dreary... and...
