If this wasn't the only option for movies in town i would say run. I don't know how the place passes building inspection. It's falling apart. Literally the roof is falling in.

I love this place it's nostalgic and slightly old fashion I highly recommend its even better than roux over in Potsdam

This place is great for something close to Ogdensburg, since they haven't had one in years now. It should get a lot of business from this area. BUT it needs to be updated BADLY!! Come on college...
