Everyone has off days but even when these guys do it's usually just that they forget to say 'thank you' so I don't mind it much. The least enjoyable part of the experience is all the phone calls...

The Donation Staff at John Street are great - hard working, friendly, helpful. As an apheresis donor I am there 24 times a year so we get to know each other. The banter in between the hard work...

I cannot say enough good things about this donation center! I used to go to mobile drives but now only donate at this center. The staff are nice and there is never a wait time if I book ahead of time!
