As a young man he started helping his mother (Dora Taranto) who could not speak English communicate with her clients. Oscar graduated from the Ossining school district then Oswego State University with his Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Finance. He worked for a Fortune 500 company for 24 years and was the Director of the Commercial Real Estate Department. He started Oscar's cleaning service 15 years ago and won Best Cleaning Service from Westchester Magazine in 2011. He continues to provide the same quality of service to all his existing and new clients. Oscar's cleaning service raised $10,000 in 2013 for the Ossining School district Special Needs Classroom. As a result the kids in the classroom received new I-pads, Dell Computers and additional class trips for the 2013 and 2014 school year. Oscar enjoys spending time with his two beautiful boys Marco and Mario Taranto, and our dog Duke. Oscar has run three (3) New York City Marathons in 2009, 2011 and 2013.
