Terrible cut and poor customer service. Eli gave me such a poor haircut, I had to go elsewhere to have it fixed. He doesn't know how to cut layers, he also had the audacity to decide his own tip...

Booked this through ClassPass an hour before! I was able to get a hair cut wash blow dry and hair color in less than 2 hours. Masks and gloves were worn. Leandra KILLED it.
