Althea is an excellent massage therapist who's primary concern is the health and well-being of her client. It's no wonder she gets so many client requests.

History
I first went into buisness in 1996 under the name West-Brook Massage Therapy for Woman. I was in buisness as West-Brook until 2000 when I left the country to live abroad. I continued working as a massage therapist while living in Spain both on my own and with Masajes a Mil. In 2008 I returned to the US and have worked as a massage therapist at several Spas in Westchester and NYC. Over the past 5 years I've been eager to get back to private practice. So, with small steps, I'm getting back on track. I'm working out of a small space,WellSpace, on Union Square in NYC.
Specialties
I specialize in: Deep Tissue Massage, Swedish, Myofascial Release Massage, Foot Reflexology, and Reiki. I always consider the theraputic aspect of massage and will mix and match modalities as needed per client, to aid in their body's ablility to heal itself.
