In the month of October, it's taken over by costumes, makeup, pumpkins and decor for Halloween. A large brown barn on the property functions as an auction gallery most of the year, but in the colder months, this barn transforms for the holidays providing everything you need for the perfect Christmas from October 1 to December 24.
