My brother tried to cancel a policy. One of the agents did not inform a 22-year-old kid, to turn in the plates. So the policy didn't get canceled. We received a bill for all the months that...

i will never give her business. terrible person not proff. i have called/emailed to get a quote she will never call you back ps..dont use her
