I had such a good time at their Penfield location I thought I'd try here. The nurse was super friendly, the Dr seemed on point with recommendations. The office was clean and well managed.

They DONT answer the phone...how is this acceptable in any universe? Wait times BEFORE 12 noon...32 minutes then 28 minutes. After 1:15 when they return from lunch 4 calls..ea longer than 15...
