Dr. Lynn McGrath is an award-winning neurosurgeon specializing in minimally invasive and complex spine surgery. An acclaimed speaker and educator, Dr. McGrath has given more than 30 invited lectures around the world about advanced minimally invasive spine surgery techniques, neurosurgical applications of machine learning, and cutting-edge diagnostic methods for concussion and traumatic brain injury.TRAININGDr. McGrath received his BA from Dartmouth College and his MD from the University of Central Florida. He then completed his residency in neurological surgery at the University of Washington, followed by a fellowship in which he trained in minimally invasive and complex spine surgery under Dr. Roger Hrtl at Weill Cornell Medicine.RESEARCHDr. McGraths research is focused on the development of next-generation smartphone-based machine learning tools for the diagnosis of concussion, TBI, and neurodegenerative conditions such as Alzheimers disease. Dr. Rachael Stevenson is a dedicated obstetrician and gynecologist who provides comprehensive care to women at all stages of their lives. Her clinical interests include complete obstetrical and gynecological care, well woman care, gynecologic surgery, minimally invasive surgery, family planning, abnormal uterine bleeding, sexually transmitted infections, contraceptive counseling, cervical dysplasia, and menopausal care.Dr. Stevenson is committed to providing the highest level of care to her patients. Her aim is to provide evidence-based and patient-centered care with a focus on empowering women to be active participants in decision making regarding their health. She strives to provide compassionate and conscientious care regardless of age, race, sexual orientation, or gender identification and prioritizes open and honest communication. Dr. Stevenson is also strongly passionate about medical education and believes that a team approach with multiple perspectives is not only vital to the expansion of the scientific practice of medicine, but also essential to providing the highest quality patient care. Dr. Ignatius Roger is a board-certified plastic surgeon at NewYork-Presbyterian Medical Group Queens. He received his medical degree from Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and has been in practice 37 years. He specializes in hand surgery and is experienced in surgery of the hand and wrist, including arthroscopic procedures, hand and wrist trauma and functional reconstruction, operative and nonoperative treatment of conditions such as carpal tunnel syndrome and trigger finger, and reconstructive plastic surgery. Dr Roger has a certifcate of Added Qualifications in Hand Surgery and extensive experience with caring for patients with Workers Compensation related injuries.
