Alexander S. McLawhorn, MD, MBA

Dr. Alexander McLawhorn is a specialist in minimally invasive hip and knee replacement. He performs more than 500 joint replacements every year. He has particular expertise in robot and computer-assisted joint replacement, direct anterior total hip replacement, total and partial knee replacement, hip resurfacing, and rapid-recovery joint replacement. Dr. McLawhorn provides bespoke care to active adults who require hip and knee replacement, tailoring his care recommendations to best address his patients’ individual conditions and treatment goals. After attending college at Yale University, Dr. McLawhorn attended medical school at Columbia University.
