Dr. Duka performed a BriteSmile (http://www.britesmile.com/) treatment on my teeth. The teeth came out fine but a huge white blister grew on my lower lip. The blister has been extremely painful....

DO NOT GO HERE. This dentist is more than rude, he's a downright liar. He is clearly out for the money. Get a second opinion before you let him do anything, find someone that you can trust.
