Aikido Kokikai of Rochester is a martial arts dojo that has been serving the Greater Rochester community since 1984. With a rich history, the dojo has evolved from a club at Rochester Institute of Technology to its current location in the historic Post Office building on Cumberland Street, offering a collaborative and open learning environment under the guidance of experienced co-chief instructors.
With a diverse leadership team and a dedicated group of instructors, Aikido Kokikai of Rochester aims to share the joy of Aikido with as many people as possible, providing a welcoming space for individuals to practice and learn this martial art form.

Friendly dojo that emphasizes learning over belt collecting. Great community and great instructors, including for beginners (I only started a few months ago).
