Not a very warm hotel- staff is very rude. Considering $400+ a night for this hotel and asked for more blankets and got pillows... I will not be coming here again. Terrible service and experience.

Terrible customer service. The housekeeping was slow and the front desk staff was incompetent. The wifi sucks.
