Dr. Kandeepan also served as the lead fellow for the Pediatric Resuscitation Committee and the Quality and Safety Committee as well as playing a key role in creating post-arrest management guidelines for her institution during her fellowship. Dr. Kandeepan is the recipient of the President Global Impact Fund through the University of Maryland where she is currently leading the development of a virtual simulation program in Lusaka, Zambia, designed to improve CPR metrics and enhance critical care knowledge in low-resource settings.
