History

Adirondack Taekwondo celerbrated twelve (12) years of service in the community this past April 2012. Adirondack Taekwondo provides a structured curriculum within each class to nurture each student as an individual to help them reach their highest potential.Both owners graduation from The College of Saint Rose with degrees in Elementary Education. In January of 2011 the school moved into a 4000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility with private parking, Olympic matted flooring, parents seating area complete with WIFI, pro-shopand much more. The school offers professional martial arts programs in Taekwondo, Sport Taekwondo, formal seminars including bullying and anti-bulling workshops, Seven Qualities of a Champion and woman self-defense workshops. All workshops and seminars are taught by professionals in their fields.

The vision of Adirondack Taekwondo & Fitness Center is to build a community by helping people reach their fitness goals through the sport & art of Taekwondo, while at the same time instilling life skills and character of a true Taekwondo practitioner - upholding important values such as courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-control & indomitable spirit. We offer professional Taekwondo instruction for children, teens and adults in the areas newest and finest training facility. Our Master Instructor Michael A. Yuhasz has a degree in Elementary Education and is a 6th degree Black Belt in addition all our instructors have had background checks with the town are certified in CPR & AED training.
