Angela Harding, owner of Active Muscle Health, specializes in a wide variety of massage services for many different clients throughout Rochester, NY and the surrounding areas. As a licensed massage therapist, we don't believe in labeling the type of massage we do because every massage is unique. The massage you receive is no exception. Depending on your needs, limitations, and expectations; your massage is designed to fit you. Your goals are my goals during the massage. We will practice several different techniques, strokes, stretches, and exercises that are tailored to the individual.
