Coffee Project NY is a passion project of coffee, milk and heart, started by two women in Manhattan's East Village in 2015 and branching out to Downtown Brooklyn in 2018. We roast our own coffee here in our Long Island City Roastery / Academy, which opened in late 2019. We are New York City's only SCA certified coffee professional training center but also offer courses and events for enthusiasts, amateurs, and professionals alike.
