Northern Oswego County Health Services is a private, nonprofit organization that operates the Pulaski Health Center, which is a family-oriented heath care practice that provides a range of medical care and related services. The center serves the residents of northern Oswego and southern Jefferson counties in New York. Established in 1975, it offers contraception management, diabetic counseling, laceration repair, mole removal and minor surgery services. The Pulaski Health Center also provides disease counseling, smoking cessation and physical examination solutions. The center offers HIV counseling and immunization services. In addition, it provides dental services that include screening, cleaning, periodontal care and X-ray.
