The service department here is like the DMV. If you want to drop off your $50,000 camera package and have it go to a black hole of people who don't call you back, this is the place.

These guys are Pro's with a capital P. Matt or Alex are both incredibly knowledgeable, fair and the type of people you want to deal with when renting or buying professional film/video gear in NYC....

Not sure about party equipment rentals, but I'd rent anything from Mike Nichols and the rental department. And if you're buying camera gear and not talking to Steve Cohen at Abel, you're doing it...
