I'm hesitant to review because I don't want any more people to find out about Mary!! She is the absolute best!! She truly knows exactly where you need more work, and where your tension is held....

Mary has considered it to be of great importance to continually learn; delving into different modalities of massage and bodywork with the goal of offering the most effective treatments possible. Her intention is to provide an exceptional client experience by providing kind care in a beautiful setting with attention to detail, but most importantly by consistently delivering excellence in massage therapy. Through the years Mary practiced in a salon and a fitness club. She then opened a spa which was in operation for 6 years. Although it was a great learning experience on many levels, it required a tremendous amount of energy to manage the daily spa operations in addition to her massage practice.She yearned for the simplicity of a quiet, beautiful space where her attention could solely be on the care of her clients. In 2010 she sold the spa so she could refocus her energy on her true vocation and A Quiet Space Massage Studio came to be.
Specialties
Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Therapy and Swedish Massage. Treatment sessions are based on your individual needs.
