A Lure, located at the landmark Port of Egypt Marina, is the North Fork's newest waterfront seafood restaurant and the newest joint venture by celebrated chef Tom Schaudel and restaurateur Adam Lovett. The duo, known for aMano in Mattituck, Passionfish in Westhampton Beach and Jedediah Hawkins in Jamesport, is joined by chef de cuisine and partner Jeff Uguil who leads in the kitchen. The idea behind A Lure is to create a seafood chowder house, serving impeccably fresh fish and seafood, in a relatively casual and convivial setting for locals, boaters, day-trippers and vacationers on the idyllic North Fork of Long Island wine country.

We had a great meal at Alure. We ordered a Lieb Pinot Blanc to go with muscles and who black sea bass and striped bass. We also had the mussels as an appetizer and chocolate ice cream for dessert....

Amazing food and service. Love the mussels , clams and pasta and fish is always excellent. Beautiful water views and relaxing environment.

Good food and service. The view of the water is spectacular. Came on a Tuesday night and there was a nice crowd, busy but not crazy
