Unity Sunshine provides early intervention and pre-school developmental evaluations. Its developmental services in speech and language, physical and occupational therapy, psychological consultation and general skills are delivered to children from birht up to the age of five in three settings: a traditional preschool and toddler group center-based program (which includes integrated classes), other preschool and daycare programs, and homes. Since its inception in 1971, Unity House has grown to meet the increasing needs of those living in Rensselaer County, N.Y., and surrounding communities. It provides crisis intervention, advocacy, skills teaching, information, resources, encouragement and continues to help disadvantaged people lead productive and healthy lives. Unity Sunshine is located in Troy, N.Y.
