Family stayed here when the building their apartment was in, burned down. The price was reasonable, management friendly and helpful.

I agree with Daren on the router and the people living here, but I don't hear rodents. This place is a blast from the past for sure (an actual room KEY, no credit cards, the prices, wonky wifi)...
