I went there to get some drinks And I gave them the app to scan And it didn't record it so I called them And the lady was rude to me Left me on hold for 20 minutes

No customer service skills. How does a place like this even stay open. It just goes to show that the management doesn't have a clue on how to run a business.

The people are there always rude never willing to help you out and when you ask for the manager to manager kicks you out they make you feel like they're Superior and I look down to you
