The 4Knots Festival is an annual music event during which independent bands play sets throughout the day. Last year (2015), 4Knots was held at Pier 84 in Hudson River Park and you needed tickets....

Crowded, poor view of the stage, acoustics have to fight the elements. Not enjoyable. Only thing I can't complain about: it's free.
