Ordered a subscription over two months ago and am yet to receive my first magazine. I've contacted their help nearly 10 times via email and haven't heard a thing back. These guys are a scam!

Same issue as others. Placed a Groupon order in February and have yet to hear back from my emails. No customer service number. I've complained to Groupon and will ask for a refund. Hopefully...
