History

My Father, Mr. Benedetto Togati, purchased this bakery from Mrs. Amato in 1977. Mrs. Amato was the second owner since inception and I can tell you that our ovens have burned coal continuously for over 100 years to bring you fresh baked breads, cookies, pastries and cakes every day. Quality products made with quality ingredients still made the ole fashioned way...with love and care. Buon Appetito !

Specialties

Traditional Italian Bread baked in coal fired 100 year old brick ovens. Cookies & Pastries, Pizzettas and Lard Bread
