Hard to find, no signage to the parking lot of the strip mall. little ambiance inside- blank walls could use some mural or art. Very delicious pastries tho and that's why you're going there....

The bake goods are good..the chai-umm...pretty sure there was curry in it. Didn't like the chai very much.
