I went this morning before going into work and asked for the breakfast burrito. very rude as they handed me the food. I leave the drive thru get to the office bite into the food.... super hard and...

Literally had to go inside and get my own order while I was parked in the drive-thru because they simply forgot about my order. Almost 20 minutes surpassed until I had to do that. ridiculous

Stopped by on the way from Texas and this place has terrible customer service. They charged almost $18 for two burgers and I was paying cash. I asked for a receipt and the guy said their printer...

This Wendy's visit was spontaneous so me my husband and 5 year old jumped in the car and headed there for the 4 for $4 we pulled up to the menu and noticed they had it scratched out of the menu....
