History
Owned for 27 years by original owner and instructor, Herb McDonald. Although Herb still teaches at Wellspring, the studio is under new ownership as of November 2012 by yoga instructor Mikiala Spadaro. Wellspring is in service to the community and welcomes all interested in and on the path of yoga!

We offer small class sizes to insure personal attention. Our teachers are dedicated to instructing students on the principles and practices of alignment. We help individuals renew, heal from injury, as well as build strength and restore flexibility. We welcome all in the community with an open heart.
