Osteopathic Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine (ONMM) is a primary care specialty that focuses on the application of the osteopathic concept to patient care. It is also an interdisciplinary field that incorporates elements of general medicine, neurology, orthopedics, rheumatology, sports medicine and radiology. Central to discipline, are the manual osteopathic skills (OMT) that when specifically applied, will augment the patient's physiology in a predictable manner. At MountainView Medical Group Osteopathic Medicine, our providers also serve as faculty for MountainView Regional Medical Center's 2-year osteopathic neuromusculoskeletal medicine (ONMM) residency program and supervise the osteopathic medicine residency clinic. The clinic also has a close affiliation with The Burrell College of Osteopathic Medicine (BCOM). Dr. Robert Seaton is a board-certified OB-GYN and a fellow of the American College of OB-GYNs. He was associate chair of the OB-GYN department at Maricopa County Hospital in Phoenix, Arizona from 1967 to 1968. He was associate clinical professor of the OB-GYN department at the University of Tennessee Hospital in Knoxville. He also served as president of the East Tennessee OB-GYN Society. He has been practicing gynecology in southern New Mexico since 1997.
