If you want top notch service this is not the place! This business has very deceptive practices. They're desperate to sell you anything even if it doesn't fit your phone. Terrible selection too....

If I could give them a negative number, I would. Run, don't walk away from this store. Save yourself time, money and frustration and go to an actual Verizon store. Staff are incompetent. Waits...
