Clean and friendly. Very helpfull. Don't flush while your wife is in the shower! Old school plumbing. Right across the street from the Ute Lake State park. Caught fish. And enjoyed our stay. Thankyou

Great location, friendly owners. We stayed here for two nights and enjoyed our time. Minutes from the boat ramp, comfy beds. It's not a luxury hotel, but beats camping any night! We'll stay again...
