Alice King Community Charter School, formerly known as The North Albuquerque Cooperative Community Charter School (NACC), was founded in 2006. The school offers a range of academic and enrichment activities for students in kindergarten through grade six. Its parent-teacher association organizes school events, fundraisers and social activities. Alice King Community Charter School s curriculum includes math, science and social studies. The school s language arts section features phonics instruction, vocabulary development and text comprehension. In addition, its SPIRE Program assists in enhancing critical thinking and writing skills. Alice King Community Charter School provides a selection of before- and after-school activities.
