Stay-At-Work and Return-To-Work Policy-If the employer has a modified-duty policy for an injured employee, OM 360 will utilize that policy. In most cases, the quicker the employee goes back to work and continues to work, the faster he/she will return to a full-time, healthy, functional employee. Prompt and Punctual Appointments-Every effort will be made to ensure that employees will be promptly scheduled. If there is a missed appointment, the patient will be rescheduled within one to two business days. As a small specialty clinic, we are able to adjust our schedule to provide early-morning or late-afternoon appointments. For large groups of employees, we can provide exams at your workplace. OM 360 will provide 24-hour on-call drug screen service for established companies.
