The Spare Rib BBQ Company, a family-owned and operated establishment since 1989, has been delighting the Four Corners community with its home-style barbecue for over 35 years. Founded by Tommy and Mary Jo Evans and now led by their granddaughter Carrie West, the restaurant proudly serves a variety of hickory smoked meats along with handmade side dishes and homemade cobblers.
