About Institute The Cognitive Behavioral Institute of Albuquerque was founded in 2004 by licensed clinical psychologist Bradford C. Richards, Ph.D., ABPP. The institute's mission is to provide the highest levels of treatment and postdoctoral training in Cognitive Behavior Therapy.
