Taos Lodging is a family owned and operated property management business that began in 1994. We are committed to ethical business practices in the Taos community. Our membership in the Vacation Rental Managers Association demonstrates our dedication. Short Term Rental Services We Offer Full property management services for the commission of 25% of all collected rental fees. Cleaning services for each booking are $20 per hour with a minimum of two hours. General maintenance and landscaping services are available for $25 per hour with a minimum of one hour. Long Term Rental Services A finder's fee of 50% of first month's rent is collected then a 15% commission for every subsequent month rented. Periodic cleaning and maintenance services are available upon request for an additional charge.

Taos Lodging is a great place to stay in the heart of Taos, New Mexico. It consists of 8 or 9 casitas - small, cabins consisting of one or two bedrooms, with complete kitchens and living areas....
