Food overall was good but ordered a bean burrito extra onion extra cheese and they did just the opposite. They didn't give me any onion or cheese and they charged me like $.75 extra.

They messed up our order. Asked for a raspberry tea and got some sort of grape soda. We also asked to swap some items but instead they added whatever items they wanted

Service was adequate but food was not as good as it used to be. It tasted very bland. They either changed their seasoning recipe or use much less. So sad! Used to be my favorite tacos.

I love Taco Bell. This one is inconsistent. I recommend going when the lunch crew is there. Go late night or weekeneds and you will encounter the "quiet quitting" staff who get everything wrong....
