HistoryEric Kolesar has been involved in the wellness industry for over 15 years. His certifications include: Yoga Instructor, Reiki Master, Restorative Yoga Instructor, Life Coach, Stand up Paddle Board Instructor with yoga endorsement. He has helped facilitate retreats around the world. He started Higher Living Now to empower people to become the best they can be. Eric has been involved with athletics his whole life, while training for a Martial Arts competition, a yoga instructor was brought in to help with flexibility and breath awareness. His practice was on and off over the next 18 years. Eric returned again to yoga in an effort to help him recover from back injuries and to refocus life. He attended Marianne Wells Yoga Teacher Training and now works with her as a teaching assistant in Costa Rica. He believes in the power of yoga as one of the greatest self empowering tools ever created. Eric has a degree in Public Relations and Marketing from Texas Tech University.
