My barber was very nice, and the amount of questions she asked and how careful she was made me feel safe. I think my haircut is fine, although I'm not picky. I was worried after I saw the 1.5 star...

We walked in at 4:50, they closed at 6:00. We knew about this closing time prior to arriving, but we did not make an appointment. As we walked in the front desk lady did not even look up at at us....

Worst haircut ive ever received in my life. They say you have to schedule an appointment but no one is there so they should just allow walk in's. Just horrible. My mom cuts hair better than anyone...
