I've lived here for a few years and OMG it's absolutely amazing! I can't believe an apartment could have such kind staff and for the price it can't be beat!!!

These apartments are the absolute WORST. And take it from someone that's lived here for over 3 years. If you think just living with black mold, or roaches was the worst part about this place......

If you're new to Albuquerque like I was do not let this place fool, no matter how many times they're under "new management" I promise you the new one is as worse or maybe even worse then before....

Literally the worst place to live ! I lived here for about six months and absolutely regretted it after the first month. Cockroaches everywhere , shootings every night , neighbors are awful ....
