Dr. Michael Frederich currently practices as a family physician with Rio Grande Medical Group, an assistant professor at Burrell College of Osteopathic Medicine, medical director with MountainView Palliative Care, chairman of the Medical Ethics Committee, medical director of Hospice of the Southwest and associate medical director at Ambercare Hospice. He has 20 years of experience as a full-time hospice medical director for seven different hospice programs prior to coming to Las Cruces. Dr. Laura Cashin is a diplomat of the American Board of Internal Medicine and earned her Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. In 2017, she was appointed assistant professor at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in El Paso and Burrell College of Osteopathic Medicine in Las Cruces. She was the first woman to receive the Christian Brothers Academy Distinguished Alumni Award. She was also a major in the U.S. Army Medical Corp.
