Summit Construction

Summit Construction is a general contractor with experience in large-scale commercial and public building. Located in Albuquerque, N.M., the company originated in 1945 as the George A. Rutherford Construction Company. Employees of the company formed Summit Construction in 1975. Summit Construction s advanced engineering teams and skilled field personnel are experienced using state-of-the-art equipment, materials and techniques to complete high-tech designs, projects and special jobs in the Southwest. It has completed projects for clients, including AT&T, The Boeing Company, Intel Corporation, Sandia National Laboratories, Nations Bank, Sunwest Bank/Albuquerque National Bank, Qwest Communications, the University of New Mexico, Public Service Company of New Mexico, Albuquerque Public Schools, Bernalillo County, N.M., Albuquerque Academy, city of Albuquerque, N.M., and B.H.P. Minerals International.
