Yes, yes, yes, yes, succulent brisket with homemade nachos. Loving it. There is so much TENDER juicy brisket on my nachos that I'm going to have to drive here again.

We take a relaxed approach to smoking BBQ with the true fact of cooking low and slow objective to make delicious food and serving it in an inviting environment. We're not worried about winning awards yet but being trendy with the community is a high honor from all customers. We simply want to share what we MY FAMILY emphasized enjoy with our neighbors and friends. Our take on turning BBQ into a different flavor and accompanying it with the flavor of my land New Mexico. Food is meant to be enjoyed and experimented with my approach to cheese steak sandwiches are different and combined with NM green chile turns these torta sandwiches totally different. My Strawberry glazed smoked Baby back ribs are totally out of sink from NM. And the great thing is they are created in the South Valley of Albuquerque NM.

They were at Food Truck Friday on the plaza today. The food was awesome. Had nachos with brisket and the taste was amazing flavorful.

We ordered the ribs to go. These ribs are absolutely one of a kind, fantastic. I would recommend going many miles to find this food truck.
