The drinks and food are good however customer service is terrible a barista said quote *We are closing the line I stay in line * Barista Your an ass!!* Total jerk that's why they get a 1 star.

Ice machine not working for going on the third week. After trying to order again, you are stuck in the slow drive thru line. Is the Frappuccinos really worth all of this?
